This cuff is made from tooled leather belt. Snap closure with 2 sizes. Ardorned with rhinestones. Dolly head comes from Germany circa 1890's when Frozen Charlottes were popular and the rage. These little girls were never considered perfect enough to be bought or loved. Fast forward several hundred years and the old factory discarded pits are now dug up. These excavated gems are then made into something new by reinventing their pretty faces into fun and wearable jewelry.
